Terms of Service

Service: CyberTrader.ai (“CyberTrader”, “we”, “us”, “our”)

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of CyberTrader.ai, a technical analysis platform that helps price-action traders identify opportunities related to support, resistance, and trendlines through automated scanning of many charts.

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use CyberTrader.

1. The service

CyberTrader provides software tools for market scanning, charting-related analysis, ranked setup views, alerts, portfolio connectivity features (where enabled), and related educational or support content.

CyberTrader is not a broker-dealer, exchange, investment adviser, or portfolio manager. We do not execute trades on your behalf unless a separately described feature expressly says otherwise, and even then any such feature is subject to additional terms and your broker’s rules.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to you, including securities and derivatives rules in your jurisdiction.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use. We may require phone or other verification.

4. Subscriptions, trials, and fees

Some features may require a paid plan or trial. Trial length, pricing, and billing terms are shown at signup or in-product. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise in a written policy. If you connect a third-party payment processor, their terms also apply.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the service, probe or disrupt systems, or bypass security

  • Scrape, resell, or redistribute our data or outputs except as allowed in writing

  • Use the service for unlawful trading, market manipulation, or fraud

  • Reverse engineer the platform except where local law permits

  • Upload malware or infringing content

  • Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation with CyberTrader

6. Market data, signals, and no advice

Automated scans, scores, levels, alerts, and related outputs are informational tools only. They may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Past patterns do not guarantee future results.

Nothing on CyberTrader is personalized investment, tax, or legal advice. You alone decide whether to trade and you accept the risk of loss, which can exceed deposits when using leveraged products.

7. Third-party services

If you connect brokers, exchanges, Google sign-in, or other services, you authorize the necessary data exchange and remain bound by those providers’ terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages, errors, or losses.

8. Intellectual property

CyberTrader, its software, branding, and content are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for your own trading research during your subscription. You retain rights to content you submit; you grant us a license to host and process it to operate the service.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION OR THE ACCURACY OF MARKET DATA OR SIGNALS.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CYBERTRADER AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR TRADING LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR, IF GREATER, THE MINIMUM LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED BY LAW).

11. Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold harmless CyberTrader and its affiliates from claims arising out of your use of the service, your trading decisions, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, risk, non-payment, or to protect the service. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that should survive (including disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnity) will survive termination.

13. Changes

We may modify the service or these Terms. Material changes will be posted with an updated date and, where appropriate, additional notice. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory local consumer law requires otherwise. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable consumer protections that apply to you.
