This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use CyberTrader.ai, our technical analysis platform for price-action traders.
1. Information we collect

Name, email address, and authentication details (including when you sign in with Google or other providers)
Phone number when required for account verification
Profile and preference settings
Usage and product data
Symbols, markets, filters, and features you view or use
Device, browser, IP address, approximate location, and log data
Cookies and similar technologies for session, security, and analytics
Connected services (if you choose to connect them)
Limited account/status information from brokers or exchanges you authorize (for example connection status and portfolio/position data you choose to sync)
We only request access needed for the features you enable
Communications
Messages you send to support
Feedback, survey responses, and email preferences
We do not ask you to store card numbers in the product unless a payment provider processes them on our behalf.
2. How we use information
We use information to:
Provide, maintain, and improve the CyberTrader service
Authenticate users and secure accounts
Personalize scanners, alerts, and workspace preferences
Analyze product performance and fix issues
Communicate service updates, security notices, and (with consent where required) marketing
Comply with law and enforce our Terms
3. Legal bases (where applicable)
Depending on your location, we may process data based on contract performance, legitimate interests (security, product improvement), consent (where required), and legal obligations.

who help us host, authenticate, analyze, communicate, or process payments — under contractual safeguards

only as needed to fulfill a connection you initiate

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict certain personal data, and to object to or withdraw consent for certain processing. Contact support@cybertrader.ai to make a request. You may also manage cookies via browser settings (some features may not work without essential cookies).
9. Children’s privacy
CyberTrader is not directed to children under 18 (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Trading and financial disclaimer
CyberTrader provides technical analysis and scanning tools. It is not investment advice, portfolio management, or a solicitation to buy or sell any instrument. Market data and automated signals can be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect.
11. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version with an updated date and, when appropriate, provide additional notice.

Analytics and session recordings
If you accept optional analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to measure site usage and Microsoft Clarity to record session replays (clicks, scrolls, and page navigation). Clarity may capture what is visible on screen. Password and API-key fields are masked. We do not use advertising cookies. You can change this anytime from Settings → Cookies, or choose Necessary only on the cookie banner.
